Luxe Lash & Beauty Studio was founded by Hlee Vang. Hlee has been a licensed cosmetologist for seven years, four years of which have been certified in eyelash extensions. Luxe Lash & Beauty Studio lash & brow designers offers luxurious eyelash extension and brow services with one goal in mind: the well-being & satisfaction of our clients. We believe everybody deserves to feel and look their best, and that's why we provide our clients with top-notch services. We offer a variety of eyelash extensions & brow tailored to our clients. All products used have been carefully selected and industry-approved. It will be our pleasure to meet, get in touch today! LATE POLICY If you are running behind, there is a 15-minute grace period. However, if you do not arrive within 15 minutes, your deposit will be forfeited and your appointment will be canceled. To reschedule with a new deposit charged. This is to ensure we provide you with the best quality of work. CANCELLATION POLICY We understand that emergencies and schedule changes happen. However, we request that appointments are canceled and/or rescheduled 24 hours prior to your appointment. Failure to do so will result in forfeiting the deposit that was made when booking the appointment (30% of service amount). If you would like to reschedule please create a new appointment and provide a new deposit. No-call no show clients will forfeit the deposit and be banned from our books. REFUND POLICY All sales are final. Please understand that we cannot get back the time spent on the service. However, we are devoted to satisfying your needs. Should you feel unsatisfied with the service and/or ending results please contact us immediately and come back to the studio within 4 days of your appointment. A complimentary adjustment service will be offered. FILL POLICY Fills must be booked 2-3 weeks from the initial appointment and clients must have 40% of lash extensions attached after the removal of outgrown lash extensions. Fills booked after 3 weeks will be automatically considered a full set. FOREIGN FILL POLICY If you are coming from a lash tech outside of our business, please choose the “foreign fill” add-on. We accept foreign fills, but you will be charged an extra $20. This will provide our lash techs extra time to figure out what was previously done. LASH AFTERCARE INSTRUCTIONS 1. No water on the lashes for the next 24 hours. This includes showers, heavy workouts, swimming, etc. If the client needs to wash their face, we advise them to use a towel to pat around the eyes to prevent exposure to water. 2. Stay out of humidity for the next 24 hours. 3. After the first 24 hours, clean the lashes every day if makeup is worn on a daily basis and/or if you have naturally oily skin. Lashes may be washed every other day if you do not wear makeup often and the client’s skin is normal to dry. This is an important step to maintaining eyelashes because washing away makeup build-up and oils will help with the retention and prevent blepharitis. 4. Be cautious of environments of high heat. For example, grilling and opening an oven. High heats may cause the lashes to melt at the tips of the lashes resulting the lashes to curl. 5. Mascara and an eyelash curler must never be used on the lash extensions. 6. Eyeliner and eyeshadow may be used, but to take off the eye makeup, an oil-free makeup wipe must be used. 7. Stay away from oil-based cleansers and/or waterproof makeup around the eye area. Hence, waterproof makeup requires the use of oil-based cleansers to remove waterproof makeup. Using oil-based products around the eye area can loosen the professional-grade glue used to attach the lash extensions to your natural lash to fall off prematurely instead of with the natural shed of your lashes. 8.
