Luxe Lash & Beauty Studio was founded by Hlee Vang, a licensed cosmetologist since 2016. Hlee has been a lash artist since 2019, expanded into permanent brows in 2022, and began offering tiny tattoos in 2024. Our lash and brow designers offer luxurious eyelash extension and brow services with one goal in mind: the well-being and satisfaction of our clients. We believe everybody deserves to feel and look their best, which is why we provide top-notch, carefully curated services using only industry-approved products. It will be our pleasure to meet you — get in touch today! ⸻ Luxe Lash & Beauty Studio Policies Thank you for choosing Luxe Lash & Beauty Studio! Our policies are designed to respect everyone’s time while ensuring the highest quality experience for every client. ⸻ Appointment Deposits A deposit is required to secure all appointments. • Lash and brow appointments require a deposit equal to 30% of the service total. • Custom and matching tattoos require a $50 non-refundable design deposit before the design process begins. • Deposits are applied toward your final balance unless otherwise stated. ⸻ Late Arrival Policy Please arrive on time for your appointment. • A 15-minute grace period is provided. • Arrivals exceeding 15 minutes may need to be rescheduled depending on the remaining appointment time. • If your appointment cannot be completed due to lateness, your deposit will be forfeited and a new deposit will be required to rebook. ⸻ Cancellation & Rescheduling We kindly ask for 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will: • Forfeit the deposit on file. • If no deposit was collected, a cancellation fee equal to 30% of the scheduled service will be charged to the card on file. A new deposit is required to schedule a new appointment. ⸻ No-Call, No-Show Clients who fail to arrive without contacting the studio will: • Forfeit their deposit. • Lose future online booking privileges. Future appointments will be accepted at the studio’s discretion. ⸻ Refund Policy All sales are final. Because beauty services are customized and time-based, refunds cannot be provided. However, we are devoted to your satisfaction. If you are unhappy with your results, please contact us within 4 days of your appointment. We’ll gladly assess the service and, when appropriate, provide one complimentary adjustment. ⸻ Lash Fill Policy To qualify for a fill appointment: • Fill appointments should be scheduled every 2–3 weeks. • You must have at least 40% of your lash extensions remaining after outgrown lashes are removed. Appointments over 3 weeks or with less than 40% retention will be charged as a full set. ⸻ Foreign Fill Policy If your lashes were applied by another artist, please book the Foreign Fill Add-On. • Additional fee: $25 • This allows extra time to safely assess and work with another artist’s application. Please note that severely grown out, poorly applied, or damaged lash extensions may require a complete removal and a new full set. ⸻ Tattoo Design Policy Custom and matching tattoos require a $50 non-refundable design deposit before the design process begins. This includes: • One custom design • Up to 2 font options (when applicable) Additional design requests or major design revisions are $25 each and are not applied toward the tattoo total. Only the original $50 deposit is credited toward your appointment. ⸻ Tiny Tattoo Touch-Up Policy Complimentary touch-ups are included for tiny tattoos only and must be completed within 6 months of the original appointment. Touch-ups after 6 months will be charged at the current touch-up rate. Complimentary touch-ups do not apply to changes in design, size, or placement, or to tattoos that have been altered by another artist. ⸻ Color Tattoo Patch Test For your safety, all color tattoo appointments require a complimentary patch test at least 7 days before your appointment. Failure to complete the patch test may require your appointment to be rescheduled. ⸻ Guests & Children To provide a relaxing environment and minimize distractions, we ask that you attend your appointment alone. Children and additional guests are not permitted unless they are receiving a scheduled service or prior approval has been given. ⸻ Illness Policy If you are experiencing symptoms of illness or have a contagious condition, please contact us to reschedule your appointment. ⸻ Cell Phone Policy Phone calls, FaceTime, and speakerphone conversations are not permitted during appointments. Headphones are welcome if you wish to listen to music or watch videos. ⸻ Photography Policy Photos and videos may be taken before and after your appointment for documentation and portfolio purposes. If you prefer not to have your photos shared on social media, simply let us know before your service begins. ⸻ Right to Refuse Service Luxe Lash & Beauty Studio reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service if a client: • Arrives under the influence of drugs or alcohol. • Displays abusive, threatening, or inappropriate behavior. • Has a medical or skin condition that makes the service unsafe. • Fails to follow studio policies. ⸻ Payment Policy Payment is due at the completion of your appointment. Prices are subject to change at any time. Confirmed appointment pricing will always be honored unless changes to the service are requested. ⸻ By scheduling an appointment with Luxe Lash & Beauty Studio, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these policies. ⸻ Lash Aftercare Instructions 1. Avoid getting your lashes wet for the first 24 hours. This includes showers, heavy workouts, swimming, and similar activities. If you need to wash your face, use a towel to gently pat around the eyes. 2. Stay out of humid environments for the first 24 hours. 3. After the first 24 hours, clean your lashes daily if you wear makeup regularly or have naturally oily skin. Lashes may be washed every other day if you rarely wear makeup and have normal-to-dry skin. Regular cleansing removes makeup buildup and oils, which improves retention and helps prevent blepharitis. 4. Be cautious around high-heat sources such as grills and ovens. Extreme heat can cause lash extensions to melt at the tips and curl. 5. Never use mascara or an eyelash curler on your lash extensions. 6. Eyeliner and eyeshadow may be used, but always remove eye makeup with an oil-free makeup wipe. 7. Avoid oil-based cleansers and waterproof makeup around the eye area. Waterproof makeup requires oil-based products to remove, and oil near the eyes can loosen the professional-grade adhesive, causing extensions to shed prematurely rather than with your natural lash cycle. 8. Cancellation Policy

We understand that emergencies and schedule changes happen. However, we request that appointments are canceled and/or rescheduled 24 hours prior to your appointment. Failure to do so will result in forfeiting the deposit that was made when booking the appointment (30% of service amount). If a deposit was not made at the time of booking, a cancellation fee will be charged to the card on file (30% of service amount). If you would like to reschedule within the 24 hour window please create a new appointment and provide a new deposit.
